The wine is made from 2022 harvest, with traditional methods, with spontaneous fermentation, meaning that no commercial yeasts will added. No sulfides added. This wine is dark purple with red notes, full bodied, blackberry syrop and dark berry aromas. It is rich with active tannins, fresh acidity and it leaves and incredible and long lasting aftertaste.
