The ethnic Armenian Kangun variety was harvested in December when the grape was snow embraced and sweetened enough to make a sweet wine naturally. The taste is mellow-sweet with flavor notes of peach and honey. Ageing in French oaks has provided a delicate body and character to the wines thin, mineral flavor.
